Hi, I’m Nevart!
My Story
I've always been the person people come to when they're figuring things out.
Long before I became a coach, I was doing this work in every room I walked into. For over a decade, I worked in talent acquisition and talent development at LinkedIn and other Fortune 500 companies. On the acquisition side, I partnered with marketers, HR leaders, and talent teams to attract top talent. On the development side, I worked closely with professionals to build both the interpersonal and technical skills they needed to take the next step in their careers.
I loved the work. I was good at it. But the moments that truly lit me up were beyond the ones in my job description.
They were the side conversations. The mentorship sessions that turned into real breakthroughs. The look on someone's face when they realized they were more capable than they'd been giving themselves credit for. I couldn't get enough of those moments, so I kept creating more of them.
As a leader of the Women at LinkedIn employee resource group, I developed mentorship programs and career development opportunities for colleagues who were hungry to grow but didn't always know where to start. On my teams, I became the person who championed culture: bringing connection, celebration, and genuine fun to the workplace, because I've always believed people do their best work when they feel like they belong.
Outside of work, I served on the board of the NYC Babson Alumni Committee, where I helped organize networking events, pitch and VC nights, and industry knowledge shares. Not because it was required, but because building community and opening doors for people is just who I am.
At some point, I stopped being able to ignore the pattern. Every role I'd held, every project I'd poured myself into, every volunteer commitment I'd made pointed in the same direction. I was at my best when I was helping someone else step into theirs.
How Coaching Changed My Own Path
The truth is, I needed exactly what I now give to others.
I had the career. The title. The trajectory. And I had this quiet, persistent feeling that something was missing. I couldn't name it. I just knew I wanted more alignment between who I was and the work I was doing every day.
Working with my own coach gave me the space to finally be honest about that. It helped me reconnect with my values, see possibilities I'd been too busy to notice, and find the courage to walk away from something safe and toward something true.
That experience didn't just change my career. It changed my life. And it showed me, firsthand, how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who sees your potential even when you can't see it yourself.
I chose to leave corporate because I felt called to do this work full time. I wanted to dedicate my time to helping people find the clarity, confidence, and courage to build careers and lives that feel truly their own.
How I Work
I coach the way I've always shown up: with warmth, honesty, and a real investment in your success.
I'll bring structure when you need direction and space when you need to think. I'll celebrate your wins and gently call out the stories that are keeping you small. I'll ask the questions you've been avoiding and sit with you in the discomfort of growth, because that's where the real breakthroughs happen.
My approach is holistic. Your career doesn't exist in a vacuum, and I don't treat it like it does. We'll work on all of it: the professional ambitions, the personal values, the relationships, the vision for the life you actually want.
You already have everything you need within you. I'm here to help you see it.
When I’m Not Coaching
When I am not coaching and facilitating, I enjoy quality time with my family, getting outdoors for a run or hike, attempting new creative endeavors, and being an active member of my community!
